In late 2013 Lalor Living & Learning Centre actively developed a new Marketing Plan which was presented in 2014. The plan was revised in 2016 with a focus on matching the programs and services we offer with the demographic changes in the area.
The plan compiled demographic research on the communities around the Centre, with a focus on Lalor but also extending to Thomastown, Epping, Mill Park and Bundoora.
The research included some investigation into what community members understood Lalor Living & Learning Centre does and some research into what they would like us to offer.
This information was then used to develop recommendations for action to engage further with the community. These recommendations support the work already done in redeveloping the Lalor Living & Learning Centre website, running community events, redeveloping the Centre’s logo and branding and improvements in signage.
